About Punch

With the rise of marketing science has the age of the Big Idea passed?

Far from it. In today’s increasingly saturated media landscape, creative power matters more than ever. In fact, rather than being superseded by the geeks, today’s creative professionals benefit enormously from their insights - enjoying the kind of visibility into customer behaviour that their predecessors could only dream of.

But things have certainly changed since the days of Mad Men. There’s less focus on the single execution or single channel – and much greater demand for adaptable, flexible ideas that work across channels, adapt to context and harness real-time insight.

Punch is a new event aimed at creative marketers of every stripe. For its inauguration we’ll look at how the hottest intelligence-based campaigns work and discuss the role of creatives in developing them. There’ll also be opportunities to hear from and interact with some of today’s most switched-on creative leaders.

Punch is co-located with Crunch – where marketing meets science – presenting an opportunity to learn more about the data behind today’s ideas so you can bring real value back to your desks.
